2021 Polaris RZR XP 1000

About This Vehicle

This Polaris RZR XP 1000 turns any trail into a full-throttle playground — you feel the instant surge, stick the landing off a washboard descent, and keep charging when the grade steepens. It’s the kind of UTV that makes remote high-desert runs and rocky singletrack feel like your backyard.

The 2021 Polaris RZR XP 1000 is a rugged two-seat UTV built for aggressive trail riding, dune runs, and technical backcountry terrain. You get a punchy near-1000cc ProStar engine that hauls hard from low speed, a confidence-inspiring chassis, and suspension tuned to soak big hits so you can ride longer and push harder. It’s for riders who want race-capable performance without sacrificing day-long comfort or the ability to kit the machine for work, camping, or weekend exploration.

Key features & benefits:
– 999cc ProStar engine (~100 hp): immediate throttle response and grunt for steep climbs, desert sprints, and towing a trailer to trailheads.
– Robust CVT drivetrain and on-demand AWD: smooth power delivery and traction control that help you maintain momentum over sand, mud, and rocky ruts.
– Long-travel suspension with high-performance shocks: absorbs big bumps so you stay planted and comfy on extended runs, reducing rider fatigue.
– Sturdy rollover cage and rider-focused cockpit: secure, ergonomic seating with room for gear so you can tackle rough terrain and still bring along tools, coolers, or camping kit.
– Accessory-ready platform: easily add roofs, doors, GPS, winches or storage solutions to customize the RZR for hunting, overlanding, or trail work.

Every feature is aimed at making hard trails feel manageable and long days more enjoyable — you get race-capable performance, real-world comfort, and the flexibility to outfit the RZR for whatever your ride demands.

This RZR shines on local terrain — from ripping through the Virginia Range and BLM high desert to threading Tahoe National Forest trails and blasting open stretches near Mount Rose Highway access roads. You’ll also find perfect runs around backroads between Reno and Sparks and quick trailheads near Carson City. Our Carson City location is just 30 minutes from Reno, so it’s easy to see rigs in person, get set up with accessories, or schedule maintenance. We handle initial setup, safety gear, and service so your RZR is ready for whatever the Reno–Tahoe region throws at it.

If you want a UTV that can dominate Virginia Range runs, handle Tahoe National Forest approaches, and still haul gear for a weekend campout, this RZR XP 1000 is built for that life. Stop by our Carson City showroom to sit in one, talk options, or reserve a test ride — we’ll get you set up and ready to roll.
